Do you offer parking?
Immediately outside Stiegl-Brauwelt, we offer a large parking lot for cars as well as a parking lot for buses.
Can you leave your car parked there overnight?
Our large Brauwelt parking lot is available to you during your stay. If a beer or two are “too much,” you can gladly leave your car there overnight.
Is there an e-charging station?
We offer two charging stations on location.
Which bus is best to take to get to Brauwelt? (mostly from the central train station)
Bus 10 and Bus 1 take you to Stiegl-Brauwelt the quickest. It is about a five-minute walk to a cold beer from the “Bräuhausstraße – Stiegl-Brauwelt” bus stop! Click here for the bus schedule: Schedule info (oebb.at)

Museum & brewery tours
Can I also go individually/alone through the museum?
You can visit the museum on your own without preregistering. Simply download an app on your smartphone when you buy your entry ticket on location in our shop. The app will guide you through the museum and explain everything about the history of Stiegl. The language setting can be changed in the app.
Is the museum accessible for disabled persons?
The museum is accessible for persons with disabilities.
However, the production facilities you visit on a guided tour are not completely accessible for persons with disabilities.
Are dogs allowed in the museum?
Generally, our gastronomic restaurant is very animal-friendly. However, no dogs are allowed into the museum. We appreciate your understanding!
Can you get through the museum with a stroller?
Yes, our shop employees will be happy to show you to our elevator.
Where does the tour begin?
The tour begins at the Brewery Shop, which is located in our inner courtyard.
When are the general tours?
Our general tours occur daily at 10:30 am, 1:00 pm (english) and 3:30 pm.

Can you exclusively book a tour?
Our production tour, evening tour, and gourmet tour can be booked exclusively for your group.
Do you have a restroom for disabled people?
At the Brauwelt on the ground floor, there is a restroom for disabled people. A key for the restroom is available at reception.
Are there discount offers at the Brewery Shop?
Yes, every first friday of the month is our wheel of fortune located in the brewery shop.
Where can I buy Stiegl house beers?
You can buy our house beers in our Brewery Shop or at the Beverage Shop. Our beers are also available online at Biere, Gläser & Fanartikel bestellen | Stiegl Online-Shop (stiegl-shop.at)
From how many people can I book an exclusive evening tour?

Does the tour include a tasting?
A beer tasting of three beers per person is included in the price of guided tours.
Where can I buy Brauwelt gift certificates?
You can buy gift certificates on location at our Brewery Shop or from our Online Shop
Can I also redeem Brauwelt gift certificates at the gastronomic restaurant?
Brauwelt gift certificates can be redeemed at the entire Beer experience world (that is the museum, shop, and gastronomy).
Tours in English?
An English tour can readily be booked upon request.
Gastronomy
Can you exclusively book a room?
All our facilities can also be booked exclusively for a party, event, wedding, seminar, etc.
Brewpub (274 m²) has a capacity of max. 200 people
Stieglitz (150 m²) has a capacity of max. 120 people standing & max. 55 people seated
Paracelsusstube (98 m²) has a capacity of max. 100 people
The Braugewölbe (370 m²) has a capacity of max. 350 people (depending on seating arrangement) and more.
Are there changing tables and high chairs for young children in the gastronomic restaurant?
Yes, we have both!
Do you have a playground on location?
Since summer 2023, we have a children’s playground in our garden. Additionally, the puppet character “Sindri” visits us every Sunday from September to April!
Are dogs allowed in the gastronomic restaurant?
We are a very dog-friendly business! Your four-legged friend will be “pampered” with a fresh bowl of water from our service team.
Can also we take food home with us?
We would be happy to assist you by phone at +43 50 1492 1492 for advance orders.
Do you offer vegan/gluten-free food?
Vegan or gluten-free foods are readily available upon request.
Are your kitchens open continuously?
Our kitchens are open continuously daily from 11 am to 10 pm.
When is your open-air restaurant open?
During poor weather and in winter, our open-air restaurant is closed – at these times, we refer our guests to the cozy brewpub. Only when the weather is good and in summer is our open-air restaurant open for business.
Will there be a beer fountain in 2023 again?
Definitely! More detailed information (from when to when) is on the way.

When is the Morning Pint at Stiegl-Brauwelt?
Our Morning Pint takes place every third Sunday of the month. Dates and further info can be found at: Stiegl | Frühschoppen (brauwelt.at)
When does the Sindri puppet theater put on shows?
“Sindri Sunday” – the puppet theater hero Kasperl is here every Sunday in the seminar room. Ticket reservations available at: +43 650 / 88 33 193 or at puppentheater@sindri.at.
When are the dates for the beer seminar?
March 26, 2022; July 23, 2022; and November 12, 2022
