At the affectionately designed Paracelsusstube, the exclusive Stiegl-Brauwelt restaurant, seasonally creative interpretations of fresh home-cooking classics are prepared and – when suitable – refined with fresh Stiegl-beers. The savory herbs come from our own garden, and many other fine ingredients – such as Pinzgau beef – are delivered from our own organic farm, Stiegl-Gut Wildshut. We work with what nature and the seasons provide. Included are also many rarities that can be hard to find anywhere else. And as is fitting for a genuine brewery restaurant, certified beer sommeliers recommend the suitable beer for the chosen food and also guide you through the diverse world of enjoying beer.
